2019 Tomorrow Fund Stroll
The Nico's Tree team gathered on a beautiful Sunday morning to take part in the annual Tomorrow Fund Stroll at Garden City in Cranston. Families and friends walked in memory of those they lost and to support those that are fighting long term illness. Nico's Tree is proud to support the Tomorrow Fund and this beautiful event.
April is Good Deeds Month at Nico's Tree!
Happy Easter, Happy Spring! From all of us at Nico's Tree. We kick off the month of April, our month-long campaign of positivity, caring, sharing and giving with a spring basket donation to The Izzy room on Hasbro Children's 5. We hope this little bit of Springtime cheer can help the patients and families during their hospitalization. Now, on with our Good Deeds!
Sew for Love
This February Nico's Tree will partner with the group "Sew for Love" to create individualized pillowcases for patients at Hasbro Children's Hospital. We hope these pillowcases will provide a special and personalized touch to the patients' rooms during their stay. Thank you "Sew for Love"!
Nico's Tree "Giving Tree" Holiday Donation Drive
Our first annual Nico's Tree "Giving Tree" Holiday Donation Drive was a huge success! During the week of Christmas we were able to provide patients and their families on Hasbro Children's 5 with gift baskets. We thank all of you who generously supported this cause. We look forward to making this an annual holiday tradition!
Hasbro Children's Hospital Birthday Donation
This past August, to honor Nico on what would have been his 4th birthday, we remembered him with a donation of brand new toys to the playroom on Hasbro Children's 5th floor. We hope the patients will enjoy these "birthday presents" in memory of a little boy who loved to share.
